Before Trump announced a halt to Iran strikes this morning, 10 suspicious wallets on Polymarket (created at the same time, with no history) bet $160,000 on a ceasefire by end of March, paying over $1 million. Then Trump posted on Truth Social. $1.7 trillion was added to stocks and oil dropped $17. Just before the announcement, $1.5 billion in S&P futures was bought and $192 million in oil futures was sold , suspicious orders 4-6x larger than anything else in the market at the time This isn’t the first time. 6 wallets made $1.2 million betting on the exact date the Iran strikes started. Israeli police opened a criminal investigation and 2 people have already been charged. Is it luck?

Is this the best timed trade of 2026? At 6:50 AM ET today, $1.5 BILLION in notional value worth of S&P 500 futures contracts were bought. This trade was so large it sent the entire index +0.3% higher that minute. Then, 14 minutes later at 7:04 AM ET, President Trump announced "productive discussions" with Iran were underway. By 7:10 AM ET, the S&P 500 had added +$2 TRILLION in market cap. That $1.5 billion position gained +$60 million in minutes. Absolutely incredible.

Australia’s largest ammonia plant just shut down for 2 months after a power outage. Ammonia is what makes fertiliser. It’s also what makes the explosives used to blast iron ore out of the ground (Australia’s largest export) The timing could not be worse.

The next few months matter more than most people realise. Markets are still fragile,BTC hasn’t confirmed a bottom, and macro is pointing toward one more flush. You can still start accumulating now , a discount this big off the highs isn’t a bad entry. DCA will take the stress out of timing the perfect bottom. I’m not going all in yet. If we get a flush lower, that’s when I want to capital ready. When the fear is at its worst and nobody wants to touch it , that’s historically been the window. Stack cash, be patient, the opportunity is building.

In 2013, a retired Air Vice-Marshal named John Blackburn wrote a report for the NRMA warning that Australia had adopted a “she’ll be right” approach to fuel security. He warned that a conflict in the Middle East would disrupt supply chains and leave Australia exposed within weeks. He warned that without adequate liquid fuel, food production and distribution would be severely curtailed, most businesses could not operate, and our Defence Forces could not function He warned that Australia was the only IEA member noncompliant on the 90 day reserve requirement, and that actual usable supply was closer to 23 days. He warned, specifically, that Singapore refineries sourcing crude from the Middle East were a critical vulnerability in Australia’s supply chain. That was 2013. 12 years ago. This week, an entire town in Victoria ran out of fuel. Farmers have idle tractors mid planting. NSW declared an energy supply emergency. The government is now scrambling to build a fuel taskforce that Blackburn said we needed over a decade ago. “You can have the best military in the world,” he said, “but it’s futile if you can’t fuel it.” Nobody listened.

Only 3 weeks into the war and Australia is running out of fuel 107 petrol stations across NSW have run out of diesel, an entire town in Victoria has run dry. A report written in 2013 warned this would happen word for word. Every government for 25 years chose to ignore the obvious. This should be a wake up call to fix our policies
