Hey @VANS_Europe, why isn't it possible to use gift cards online to pay for Customs? Your checkout page removes the gift card section for Customs, but it's available for everything else? I was gifted a gift card specifically so I could buy Customs and now I feel a little cheated. -Chris

Bought our daughter the K-pop Demon Hunter Vans from @VANS_Europe. They were shipped via Yodel, but there’s been no delivery and no tracking updates since last Thursday. Really disappointing experience.

@VANS_Europe Any chance you could offer more than one courier. I was waiting for a delivery from YODEL not my choice and they lost my parcel. The tees were £60 and now £105 which just don't have. I won't order if you use YODEL or EVRI....sorry.
