Dear Fans and Friends, While I thought I was fully recovered from my injury last season, I'm not. I am so sad to say that I must cancel my performances through November. I'm proud of the year of hard work it took to get back to the stage. It was amazing to play music with colleagues and for audiences again. This time, I'll be pursuing a more aggressive treatment. I have a great support team in place: they are optimistic and the prognosis is good. I have a lot more left to say on the violin and I'm not giving up! I will miss you and I hope to see you all soon. Thank you for all of your support and for being so wonderful for so long! - Hilary

3/4: As you may already know, I am suffering from a double pinched nerve and have been focused on a safe and sustainable path to recovery with my medical team. Unfortunately, that means no violin for the rest of the summer!

I’m sorry to report that I won’t be able to perform my recitals in Charlottesville and Toronto this week due to a sudden respiratory illness that I have to take seriously so I can be back onstage in good health soon. I hope to be able to make it up to you in the coming seasons!
