The community brings Emily and Erik to Mad River Valley in the winter. This charming town has shops, dining, a ski resort, and @vtadaptive – an organization that helps overcome limitations. Without them, Emily can ski with her husband. youtu.be/4DYaPcJNiWE?si…

Last week, we joined the @KellyBrushFdn and @vtadaptive for the final day of their Adaptive Mountain Bike Camp at Burke. We are thankful to be able to participate and inspired by the incredible work that these organizations are doing to make biking accessible for everybody 🎉

Career update! That’s a wrap, two years in Vermont. I moved here when the world shut down, but it was a place that immediately felt like home. The people made it feel like home. Thank you to the community for trusting me to share your stories. As for what’s next, stay tuned!

“He had such a good time that he has already asked when his next adaptive lesson will be! I cannot emphasize how huge this is, because he was very nervous and anxious about returning to the slopes.” -From an email from Christopher’s mom.

I had a great time with @vtadaptive at Silver Lake. It was the first time I’d ever tried stand up paddle boarding. It was really great! It was also great to meet so many other blind people in Vermont. @vermontgov Division f/t Blind & @VABVI_ had some employees there, too.
