WACCL was formed to help support Wakefield Children's Charities We unite the area's business community in December each year to provide much needed financial support and publicity for deserving local projects. Over the past 10 events WACCL has raised over an amazing £250000!

WACCL gave £5,000 to Theatre Royal Performance Academy thanks to your generous support. This funding will help provide financial support to local young performers to reach their potential and experience the joy of singing, dancing and acting! @trwakefield

Star Bereavement received £5,000 raised at WACCL 2021 to support their work supporting local children and young people going through grief. Thanks to your generosity, WACCL raises £1000s for local causes every year. @STARBereavement

WACCL presented the amazing Levi’s Star charity with £5,000 raised at last year’s event. Levi’s Star funds support, research and awareness raising for children with brain tumours and their families. #ThankYou for supporting WACCL and this life-changing work. @LevisStar
