Gary Caldwell’s return to Wigan Athletic means he’s the 5th boss to have a second spell in charge after Ian McNeill (1968-70 + 1976-81), Bryan Hamilton (1985-86 + 1989-93), Ray Mathias (1986-89 + 1998-99) + Steve Bruce (2001 + 2007-09). Last time (2016) #wafc won League One title

Great weekend, running @TheLakeland100 50 miler, Fantastic atmosphere, thanks to the organisers, marshalls & support. 3rd completion (and my last). Thanks also to all who stayed up till 5:00am to cheer me across the finish line, the pint of cider made all the blisters worthwhile!

My first @oasis gig was 31 years ago, in June 1994, free gig in a tent in a park in Preston, beer was 89p. I assume it’ll be similar prices at Heaton Park tomorrow? #Oasis

Great day out in the many wonderful pubs round Brussels yesterday, so many good beers, capped off with a wonderful Neil Young gig at the Place des Palais. His new band the chrome hearts are fantastic, played all the classics, what a day ☀️
