Gm gm. ☀️ Today is International Nurses Day. While we’re all out here obsessing over 'disruptive tech' and floor prices, let’s take a second to acknowledge the people doing the most important, non-scalable work on the planet. In a world moving toward total automation, the most valuable thing you can offer is still human empathy. That’s the one thing code can’t fork. Are we building tech to replace people, or to empower them? Let’s keep it human today. ☕️

There is A Pattern I Have Noticed In International Web3 Ladies Communities That Nobody Talks About Openly. Ladies who want to enter Web3 communities focused on ladies like @shefiorg often spend months, sometimes over a year, trying to get into a community that will actually support them something. Applications open once and a few hundred women apply. Twenty get in while everyone else waits for the next cycle. That waiting period costs more than time. Mind you joining SheFi isn't for free too, It costs momentum and for a lot of women, once that momentum breaks, they don't come back. @web3ladies was built as an answer to that problem. It is a non-profit community founded in Lagos in 2021 by @koderHolic, Nigeria's first female blockchain engineer. The Idea was Straightforward: stop waiting for women to force their way into spaces that weren't designed for them and build the space yourself. What makes it different is that it's open. Every African woman who wants to learn, regardless of her background or starting point, can join. No selective intake, No gatekeeping. Just structure, support, and real community. What They Offer: 🔰 Mentorship cohorts in blockchain development, Solidity, and design. 🔰 Hackathons and builder programs. 🔰 A work tool assistance program that distributes laptops, internet devices, and inverters to women who need them. 🔰 Job placement support. 🔰 Regular webinars covering Web3, AI, and emerging tech. 15,000+ members across Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, South Africa, Uganda. 24 member-built projects. 25 work tools distributed to women who couldn't otherwise keep building. There's also something else worth saying directly. In Web3 and across most industries, visibility often gets conflated with value for women. Show up a certain way and doors open. But Web3Ladies isn't looking at your following but your work. I know this because I won one of their Builder Support Grant MacBooks this month. I have been creating Web3 and AI content from my phone with no laptop. I had surgery earlier this year and the hospital bills exceeded my budget. The savings I had set aside for a laptop upgrade went to medical bills. What was left covered basic upkeep. They still saw what I was building. That's the kind of community this is. If you're a woman in Africa who has been waiting for the right moment or the right room, this is it. Join at web3ladies.com. Take the pledge on their homepage. Follow @web3ladies on 𝕏 for open opportunities. Tag a woman who needs to see this: @aisha_of_web3 @Pinkyleciouss @Oum_aymaan @LadyBebah @miriyamah @MueesX @laucutiey @Jeyyderh @Uthee_zahra @ZainabIliyasu10 @zayy_zaynab @zaynab_eth @Ummeeta_spire @Haleemarh_Gumel @Defiwithbiba @Halily_X @Chef_Hafsy @Hafsymetax @Kabir_Hafs @Mahmoudsardauna @S_M_Danpullo @Arewaqueen11

Alhamdulillah I am one of the winners 🎉 God did. Web3Ladies did not just Web3 🤣. I have been building AI contents especially vibe coded apps on AI studios and Web3 grinding entirely from my phone. I had a plan to build a functional AI agent when Openclaw was at its peak but needed a PC to do it because I tried using the Openclaw terminal to build one but it was hectic and so much for a phone to handle. Had money set aside from my creator coin on Zora after surgery but hospital bills were way more than I budgeted. Whatever was left went to upkeep and I kept creating anyway. Thank you so much @web3ladies ☺🙏🏿 Now let's build.
