Announcement on Websea Withdrawal Resumption Arrangements

Thank you for your continued trust and patience.
Following the completion of all matters related to the capital injection with the investor team, Websea is actively advancing the full Proof of Reserves process. To ensure a smoother and more orderly transition, the platform will resume withdrawals in phases, by asset tiers and in multiple rounds. Withdrawals will officially reopen today, May 18, 2026, at 08:00 (UTC). The overall arrangements and specific rules are as follows:
I. Account-Based Phased Withdrawal Rules
The platform will determine withdrawal limits based on users’ account asset snapshot amounts in different rounds. The first-round snapshot will use users’ account asset amounts as of April 24, 2026, at 16:00 (UTC) as the reference for withdrawal limits.
Notes:
1. The asset snapshot only includes USDT assets in users’ accounts, including Spot Account, Futures Account, Copy Trading Account, Insurance Account, and Earn Account. Unclaimed rewards in the Insurance Account are not included.
2. Each round will be separated by 30 calendar days. The second snapshot will be calculated 30 calendar days after the release of today’s announcement, meaning the second-round snapshot time will be June 18, 2026, at 08:00 (UTC), and subsequent rounds will follow the same schedule.
Based on the account asset amount at the time of the snapshot, accounts will be divided into the following withdrawal tiers:
Tier 1: Snapshot assets ≤ 1,000 USDT
Execution rule:
100% full withdrawals will be available.
Tier 2: Snapshot assets ＞ 1,000 USDT
Execution rules:
10% of the snapshot assets will be available as the withdrawal quota for each round.
Users may view the system-calculated available withdrawal amount on the withdrawal page.
II. Rules for Incremental Funds
All newly deposited funds after the first snapshot time will be 100% withdrawable at any time.
If, at the time of the second-round snapshot, a user’s assets have increased or decreased through non-deposit methods, such as internal transfers, trading profits and losses, or other account balance changes, the withdrawal quota will be recalculated based on a new snapshot of the adjusted account balance.
III. Follow-Up Withdrawal Arrangements
The resumption of withdrawals marks an important stage in Websea’s return to normal operations. Based on the subsequent recovery of business operations and market conditions, the platform will gradually move toward fully opening withdrawals without restrictions and will provide timely updates through official announcements.
