📣 Motion 097 Passed: Mainstreaming mentorship for young ecological stewards to enhance #conservation efforts! 🌍 This motion matters. Mentorship helps young professionals gain skills, networks, and real-world experience—things formal education alone can’t offer. @IUCN

This is why the terminology of ‘Indigenous Peoples and local communities’ is necessary even when it is conceptually distinct. @IUCN, what would you do to support correct terminology?
