I was diagnosed with breast cancer 1yr3mnths ago. I've started exercising every day, eating healthily, given up booze, prioritised sleep, prioritised spending time connecting with my family & friends, taken up daily meditation & walking every day. Placebo effect? I'll take it 🙌🏽
