Today I used my Vision Pro for my morning fitness routine and saw the future of home workouts. Before the Dual Knit Band, I never really considered this an option. But since Apple Vision Pro has become so much more comfortable, I decided to give it a try and test out FunFitLand. The app gives you a personal fitness trainer, a variety of beautiful environments, and tons of interactive workouts, from calm meditation sessions to intense HIIT routines. I wanted to see if it really adds that much value compared to just following a YouTube workout – and yes, it absolutely does. It’s so much more fun and feels like playing a game, while still being super effective. It didn’t take long before I started breaking a sweat. While I don’t see myself doing longer or extremely intense workouts with it, it definitely got me excited for the future of AR. Because one day, we’ll have these kinds of experiences on lightweight glasses — and when that day comes, I’ll be using them all the time.

All assets will be digital assets. Today, paperwork grants property rights for assets. Fundamentally, those rights are backed by nation states and the threat of violence for impeding upon those rights. Tokenization replaces paperwork-based property rights with cryptography-based ownership. It makes those assets secure, global, and non-violent at the root. Once the root of ownership lay in the hands of the people, the people also invent assets that couldn't exist with paper. User-generated assets like memecoins, creator coins, NFTs, and so on are internet-native assets that expand upon the fundamental idea of what an asset can be. An asset is only an asset if it can be traded. If it cannot be traded, it cannot be valued. The more easily it can be traded, the more easily that every seller finds its buyer, and vice versa, the more liquid those assets are. And therefore, every crypto network will ultimately compete on the vector of how efficiently they can match supply and demand. And that ultimately is a question of technology and the products built on top, and the community therefore derived.
