Dear @YESBANK, my bank account has been frozen through a cyber crime complaint. I have already visited the cyber police and received two acknowledgement numbers, and I have also contacted the concerned cyber officials via call and email. However, I am not receiving any reply.

Scammed by an Instagram shop lured with COD, then asked for advance, delivery, processing fees with fake refund promises. Lost ₹3000 Reported to bank on 6 Feb but complaint was delayed till 19 Feb. Police & cybercrime rejected it. I need my money back. @YESBANK @IndusIndBank
