Fellow Ugandans, I congratulate you upon the completion of yet another prosperous year.

Ignore politicians who are politicizing the recently discovered oil alleging that the NRM has a deliberate plan to enrich its leaders.

NRM has now made Uganda’s budget almost self-sufficient.We are going to do more work. There will not be any more begging and delays.

I would like to urge you to continue supporting us. When election day comes, vote for an old man with a hat.

The NRM is fully committed to promoting and upholding democracy and good governance.
