@YaleHomeUs We have Yale Assure Lock 2 Touch but when I go to the Guest List in the app, it shows a blank screen and I get a 504 error about not being able to connect to the gateway. Is there something wrong with our lock or it something on your end?

@YaleHomeUs I don't know what else to do. Sitting here with two locks and two separate devices with your app on it and getting no Bluetooth connection error on everything. I think we'll be looking into a different make lock for any upcoming projects. Your service is horrible.

The only problem @YaleHomeUs is that your DoorSense doesn’t work when installed on metal, and THERE IS NO information on that when we are buying the product. When contacting your support they don’t even accept a feedback on that and ask us to wait the next model. #fail

@YaleHomeUs @Apple Tagging the @FTC. The built in WiFi module on this lock does not work. Yale offers a bridge to mitigate the issue. But I can buy a lock with a bridge at half the price. Yale refuses to replace faulty locks. It’s a known issue. @YaleHomeUs @Apple
