@mgobluealex @Chris_B_LGRW KC is a great baseball road trip city… Kauffman Stadium is solid. Dozens of famous BBQ stops. Great steak joints. Negro Leagues Baseball Museum, National World War 1 Museum, Boulevard Brewing taproom…the Power & Light District is fun.

@Chris_B_LGRW I’m not locked into anything yet but I’m really trying to see the Tigers in KC in August, Wicked is on tour there at the same time haha

WNBA has a deal. I would hope so. They have Caitlyn Clark now…don’t waste a year of her prime on a labor dispute. Nobody cared much for two decades about the league….she lit a fire. Don’t douse it. Really she deserves $30M….the rest of the league should get a COLA (not literally a Pepsi…a Cost of Living Adjustment) and not much more.

Evidently the Padres (Miller) and Cubs (Palencia) both only wanted their reliever to pitch in a Save Opportunity… An inning is an inning to your arm. Why couldn’t they pitch a frame in a tie? I can understand wanting your star to only pitch one inning…that’s okay, I guess. But tying the club’s hands with “Save Opp only” isn’t right, imo

I’d take one of the silver medals off their hands if the guys don’t want ‘em…. Hang it my son’s room with the other baseball stuff. #wbc

USA has won just one out of SIX World Baseball Classics. We're not the best at our own sport. This loss falls on Skubal. His replacement allowed 2 of Venezuela's 3 runs in what was always going to be a low-scoring game. I'm less opposed to trading Tarik than I've ever been.
