The Club can confirm that Marvin Ducksch has been charged in relation to an offence of driving with excess alcohol. Marvin wishes to apologise to his teammates, staff and supporters of the club and accepts full responsibility for his actions. Last week, we lost one of our own as Steve, the Assistant for the UAE OSC, Sadly passed away. Patrick, Steve's devoted son, has provided us with some words about a great man & Bluenose! We remember a devoted husband, father, and lifelong supporter of Birmingham City FC, whose passion for Blues was a constant throughout his life. A season ticket holder for many years, his love for the club never wavered. Through every high and low, Birmingham City was part of who he was. A successful businessman based in the Middle East, he carried that passion far beyond Birmingham. He had a natural way of bringing people together, uniting Blues supporters wherever he went and building a sense of belonging far from home. In the UAE, he became a key figure within the supporters community. Building on what was already there, he helped grow it into something even stronger in recent years. He was proud to help create a home for fans at The Four Provinces by Fibber Magee’s, a place where supporters could come together, remember home, and feel close to the club no matter the distance. He was more than just a supporter. He was someone who lived and breathed what Birmingham City means: loyalty, passion, and community. He will be deeply missed by his family, his friends, and everyone who stood beside him. Keep Right On, Steve, Always 💙🤍
