1. PayPal chargebacks mean YOU THE STREAMER will need to pay the fee. If someone donates $50 ten times and refunds them all, not only will you need to pay back the $500 they tipped, you ALSO have to pay $200 (ten $20 fees) to cover the chargeback fees.
