@ww_muc You reached the data traffic limit of the free plan – clearly stated on our pricing page. The more you use it (alone or with others) more data is transferred. There's a limit to that regardless of the number of boards you have.

@ziteboard if I've got my VPN on while using ziteboard the page reloads every minute or so sending me back to the 'initial area'. Not sure if that is something that can be looked into but it's a bit frustrating sometimes.

@ziteboard hello! Love your product but I haven’t been able to load a pdf to any of my boards for a few weeks now. How do I fix this? I’m wasting a lot of time screenshotting and then inserting them as pictures 😫

@adfgoga You can set high-res export in the 'Export as...' panel, just click the cogwheel icon. The default is low-res.
