@DeveloperPerso3 @reduzio @CodeRed_dev The first versions of Minecraft had an intriguing and inspiring idea/basic mechanic that was used to attract interest/players straight away. Notch didn’t half ass it, but he definitely had an audience early on, and that’s gotta help

@reduzio @CodeRed_dev Devs need discipline to finish, to find the fun, and to push their game to quality. That takes investment of passion and time. Notch didn't half ass minecraft. Roblox wasn't half asssed. Sure someone will be the next flappy bird, but most successful games require long sacrifice.

Imagine spending 2 years on a game and it flopped. Now you earn less than minimum wage. but still happy somehow.

You know what the biggest problem with pushing all-things-AI is? Wrong direction. I want AI to do my laundry and dishes so that I can do art and writing, not for AI to do my art and writing so that I can do my laundry and dishes.

Long story, but some hyper-critical issues might be resolved enough that this is a way forwards. Here's ~500 vehicles doing pathfinding on a map that is (theoretically) 100km across, at 200 FPS. Vehicles have never, and could never, drive across a bridge like this before.
