We have a couple of them, not in terms of talent. Our mental health support system is currently inadequate. I volunteered for a health outreach on saturday, i had to force young people to the mental health corner. They kept saying they are not mad so why should they go there. It doesn't help that the industry HEAVILY abuses substances across genders, status or class. It is a serious pandemic.
