Gotta tweak some stuff, but everything functions as it should. What needs tweaked? - main board to stick board ribbon cable margins are 0.1mm too thick, making it too wide to fit in FFC connector without trimming slightly - ZL/ZR button pad is 0.5mm lower than it should be Amazingly, though, the most important and most expensive pieces (the stick board and main board) are perfect. Sticks are centered perfectly, button pads are centered perfectly, all of the holes align perfectly. Further testing is needed, like tactile/mouse click face buttons, shoulders, etc. Overall, very pleased with how everything turned out.
