The new Trump administration is attempting to freeze all government funding, but we're already seeing that effective organizing can score big wins. The order to freeze funding was overturned in a day because people turned out--but the fight continues.

The news of her transition is gut wrenching, but, without question, she has earned her eternal rest, and will live on in the lives and memories of those who cherish her—for who she was and is and for all she’s done.

She was a physical manifestation of a dare, to those who follow in her footsteps and honor her legacy, to be imaginative and innovative and proud of who we are and where we’ve come from.
