This is me launching a campaign on fake consumables. I did before but this would be different.
Everytime you buy something fake anywhere in Nigeria or the ones you've bought in the past. You post a picture.
I will post this everyday 👇
"Quote with anything Fake you bought this week"
Maybe this way our Governors will take it seriously when they see the number of fake things out there. Who's in?

This VDM needs to face the weight of the law for being the conveyor and disseminator of a fake audio of President Tinubu. This is a clear case of an egregious abuse of the social media platform.

How do you really convince someone who has already decided and believes in their mind that this is actually Asiwaju’s voice? What kind of cheap propaganda is this? VDM knows that Ibos are highly emotional people, and that’s why he enjoys riding on their emotions.

@aniky_bee He was not informed or he is deliberately being stup!d

Supporting Peter Obi doesn't guarantee that your life would be better neither will it safe you from getting called bigots by the Igbos 😃🙂

Being Yoruba will not save you from the wrath of Tinubu’s government.

“Breach to Yoruba Monarchy Tradition, Unacceptable” — Iwo Ruling Houses Drag Oluwo to Court Over Alleged Exhumation of Past Kings’ Remains
Three ruling houses in Iwo, Osun State, have filed a suit at the State High Court seeking the deposition of the Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrosheed Akanbi, over allegations linked to the reported exhumation of the remains of past monarchs from the sacred palace burial grounds.
The Ogunmakinde Ande, Adegunodo, and Alausa ruling houses described the alleged action as a serious breach of Yoruba monarchical tradition, insisting it is unacceptable and contrary to the sanctity attached to the throne and the resting places of past kings.
They are asking the court to declare the monarch unfit to occupy the stool, nullify his installation, and order a fresh selection process in line with customary law.
The claimants argue that the dignity of past rulers remains central to the continuity of the Iwo traditional institution, warning that any interference undermines established cultural order.
They are also seeking an order restraining him from further parading himself as Oluwo pending determination of the case.

Mind you, when he was governor he raised school fees from ₦36,000 to ₦230,000 in less than a year. Students complained and he told them straight up that education is not for the poor.

We Yorubas need to discuss how our generation is losing the concept of the extended family.
Back in the day, we had a family house where we celebrated every festive period - Ileya, Christmas, and even annual Esu day. There was always a designated family house where we all gathered to celebrate each of these.
Most families still upholding this are those who have grandparents, parents, elderly uncles and aunties around. These elderly people make sure everyone comes around, regardless of whether you are Muslim or Christian.
It seems this tradition that fosters a sense of family often dies with the older generation. What's really happening?

Sometimes ago, @arojinle1 mentioned that one of the ways to prevent snakes from your house is to eliminate rats in your home. Yesterday, I stumbled on a Yorùbá proverb buttressing this claim.

The treacherous Yoruba Muhammedans of today are no different from those of old. In Ilorin, every Yoruba Balogun was beholden to the Emirate and fought side by side with the Fula and Gambari Balogun against their own, the Yoruba country.
The Ibadan warriors despised this treacherous act so much that they punished it symmetrically - that is, every time they captured the Ilorin soldiers, alive, they always freed the Fula and Gambari Balogun but executed the Yoruba Balogun without batting an eye - traitors end up in ditches.
The lesson here is, never take religion (an abstraction) over blood (a biological reality).

Ìbàdàn, the ancient city that's still standing and very relevant. It has many brown roofs because many of its past inhabitants started using roofing sheets while some people were still using straw and bamboo.
Still, the city hosts many modern structures. That's why it revels in both past and present glories!
Ìbàdàn, the blessed city that sits on the hills, I love you so much!

As long as people like this man are allowed to walk the streets free, all in the name of religious freedom....
How do you stand before microphones to say that other Nigerians whose religions are different from yours should be beheaded? And you are saying it with confidence?
What else is called terrorism?
