Switching it up, and sharing some BG designs I did a few months back - wanted to exercise that BG design muscle and get more comfortable with the thought process of what goes into designing locations. Started with a ballerina room!

Another round of 2B sketches! Given how much 2B went through emotionally, I wanted to explore expressions of anguish and pain that she went through. I don’t draw characters as much as I do backgrounds, so I was pretty happy how these turned out.

A couple months ago when I was learning how to draw heads, I wanted to take a stab at drawing 2B from Nier Automata - one of my favourite games. I learned about the game’s existence through the wonderful song “Weight of the World” by J'Nique Nicole, when I was playing FF15.

A while back when I was learning to draw kid characters (expressions and proportions), I was also in the middle of watching “When Life Gives you Tangerines”, and “Miracle Cell No.7” which gave inspiration - fantastic film and drama I hope to watch again.
