Random call today - I’m expecting some info on a generator fix and it was a wireless caller from local so I accepted it which doesn’t happen often. “Hi this is Jessica from some random whatever company just wanted to know if you will be attending RSA?” “Me: ummm what is RSA” Jessica: “ it’s an information security conference hosted in California where all the top leaders and industry leaders will be” Me: “ummm I’m a mechanic and I don’t know what cybersecurity is but if you can provide me some more information I’m very interested” Jessica “ um uh uhhh, thank you have a good day sorry about that” Nailed it.
