🚨🚨 it's time for change 🚨🚨
For the time being, I will no longer be competing and have stepped down from F5 GC. After some hard talks with a few amazing people in my life that have watched me grow into who I am now, I've made the decision to follow their advice and step back from competing to focus on my individual improvement.
I started this game learning how teams work, how to be a support player, and have done everything I could to learn how to be a team player. However, during all of this, I never formed my own self identity! I always told myself I would do what it takes to be the best of the best, but neglected this aspect for the last 2 years now. I didn't want to "give up" in order to be better, but now I understand it's not giving up! This is me growing and understanding that sometimes, in order to get to our end goal, we must backtrack and rework parts of our path to success.
Anyways, if you've made it this far, thank you for reading c:
This isn't goodbye, and my dream of competing is still very much alive and well! I have a new motivation and can't wait to see what this new path brings :DD I'm hoping to put a slight focus on some content and share my progress with anyone who follows, so stay tuned for more social media silliness c:
