We turned LinkedIn into a 6-figure channel for 2 clients in 8 months. 26 high-ticket deals. Same system for both. If you've signed less than 10 clients from LinkedIn in the last 6 months, here's what's actually stopping you: 1. Wrong platform. Some offers have no business being on LinkedIn. We helped a client gain thousands of followers, ran outreach campaigns. Zero ROI. Switched to X. Got inbound clients in 30 days. LinkedIn isn't magical. If your ICP isn't there or doesn't have intent... you're wasting your time. _________ 2. Your offer sucks for cold traffic. If you’re not crushing it with cold traffic ( ads, cold email, cold DMs on other platforms) at the moment… Then your offer likely doesn’t work on cold leads. LinkedIn outreach won’t work for you until you make your offer cold traffic optimized. Volume won’t save you. Hyper personalized DMs won’t save you. You could sell to hot leads from content… …but it takes 60-90 days if you’re starting from scratch. Now I imagine starting from scratch and have a weak offer… It could be hell. You’ll be forced to assume LinkedIn doesn’t work and quit. ________ 3. Chasing virality instead of results. You don't need 100k impressions to make $100k. Say your ICP (7-9 figure companies) are lurkers. They don't engage. They care about: • proof you understand their problem • undeniable results • that you're the right long-term partner. Posts with less than 20 likes have driven $10k - 6 figure deals multiple times. Optimize for conversion, not vanity metrics. _____________ 4. Weak conversion process. We see 80% close rates with leads from targeted content. “Why?” They're warm and informed before the call. So we had setters in charge of cold outreach switch to conversational DMs where prospects are already 30+% closed and qualified before booking calls and built good pre- call assets prospects must consume before the call. This led to multiple: 1-call closes with totally cold leads. You can book 30 calls and close 2... Or book 5 calls and close 2. Your conversion process decides which one you are. __________ 5. No outbound machine. You need and must hire someone working full-time hitting up leads, tracking, following up. This will bring you 15+ qualified meetings per month minimum and bring you additional 6 figures in months as long as you have a cold traffic optimized offer Or a great inbound lead gen funnel. If you've signed less than 10 clients from LinkedIn in the last 6 months, fix these first. P.S We’re opening 3 new client spots this Black Friday. We’ll build you a LinkedIn lead gen system that consistently brings 2-5 qualified clients per month. Want in? Comment ‘Black Friday’ below or DM me and I’ll send you 7 proven content pieces + a custom execution plan to get started. (Only for those that are ready to scale)

One of our best clients right now got 0 booked calls in the first month. We tried different angles and scripts and nothing really clicked until halfway into the second month then we got maybe 5 booked calls. By month 3, 20 booked calls became our average. That averages 4x ROI monthly, not counting LTV. But last year, we had to process some refunds because we promised 30 days to everyone we had a call with when 60-90 was the honest answer for a handful.. That's on us. We've fixed the offer. Here's why 30 days doesn’t apply to everyone: 1. Foundation. If you haven’t posted on or had any good activity in a year. 15 - 30 days alone may go into just bringing your account back to life and ready for full execution. 2. Offer. This is one overlooked one. But honestly, some offers simply don’t work on cold traffic. If you aren’t already getting a number of leads selling to total strangers yourself via Cold email/ads. It’s going to take a while to figure out what angle will work best for you. This is non-negotiable. 3. Targeting Some clients come in wanting to target multiple niches which is totally fine. We have to narrow it down, test 2-3 ICPs, and figure out which one actually brings the best results. That alone can take 2-4 weeks. So if you're hiring an agency soon… Don't pay for 30 days and expect a miracle. The clients getting 4x ROI monthly are the ones who gave the system enough time to compound.

Some general B2B DM strategies for LinkedIn don’t work on local service verticals. Conversations that'll be done in 30 mins talking to a SaaS founder could take days with a construction company owner. They reply positively → you see it 30 mins later → they're offline → back and forth for hours. By the time you book, the intent is gone. What to do instead: Give them a call under 5 minutes of getting a positive response.

You get 15 positive replies a month, take 1hr to respond on average, go back and forth every time and then end up booking only 3. When someone replies to your DM, you have 5-10 minutes. That's it.

Or...you’ll burn a ton of leads.

How you book meetings with prospects is as important as the concept of booking calls in itself. That’s why we always do 2 things:
 • Get prospects to share their situation in the DM • Pitch a meeting with us/clients as the solution  For example: If they said their ads stopped working, and our client runs an ad agency: The calls get framed as "Happy to look at your ad account and funnel and give you suggestions based on what's working for our clients." This is how you get prospects to see your call valuable.

Create a doc that contains this and send to every prospect that books a meeting with you: • Who you are • The problem our ICP has. • Your solution • Proof • The offer • FAQs We’ve seen this improve show-up and close rate with clients.

Sometimes you just have to ask for the money in your post lol Tried this about 7x for a client (across months) Led to 3 new clients for him. Might increase the frequency already.

I was speaking to an agency owner that sells to roofing companies recently. He gets a lot of interested leads from his campaigns but struggles to get them to book a call and even when he does.. It’s either: 1. They don’t show up. OR 2. They show up but don’t turn on their cameras during the meeting. If you sell to local service verticals ( Roofing companies, Cleaning companies, HVAC etc.)...one thing you should know is these people aren't sitting at a desk hitting keys like you. They are at a site, driving or doing some physical activity related to business. That’s why directly asking for a zoom/G-meet call messes up your sales process. Here’s what we do instead: When a prospect shows interest, we skip the back and forth in the LinkedIn DM. We get the phone number. Or they drop it themselves. Then we call them in 5 mins That phone call does 3 things: → Eliminates the speed to lead problem (no more DM lag) → Qualifies them live in 2 minutes → Gets a verbal commitment to a virtual meeting. And for the actual meeting…sometimes it's Google Meet. Sometimes it's just another phone call. This will fix your show-up rate and close rate. Just stop selling to them like you would to marketing agency owners.

More important than a no-brainer offer is who’s pitching it. So if you say: “But my offer is fantastic” “Someone else sells something similar and does $ (xyz/mo) The question might no longer be around your offer but how prospects perceive you.

Important metrics to judge your linkedin outreach performance: - connection acceptance rate - positive response rate - positive to call book rate - Show up rate - Close rate. Obsess over everything.

A good LinkedIn dm appointment setter is rare. When you get a good one offer nothing less than: - $500/mo - Commission per close - Hitting KPI bonus At least 2 of the above or you’ll never get their 100% Third worlders only.

You can easily become #1 in your niche On LinkedIn if you sell to local businesses in the US. Most of your competitors don’t know what they are doing there. It could happen as fast as 6 months. No one is talking about this.

Went from 4 books calls/mo to 4 booked calls/week by simply tweaking the offer in a dm script. Before: we’ll help you get 20-40 leads per month. After: we’ll help you get 20-40 commercial leads per month looking for 3-5x a week cleaning in {service area} See the difference in specificity?

You don’t need most of the sophisticated strategies you use to sell high ticket offers to local service businesses in the US. In fact… If you try…you’ll sabotage your own results.

Your cold DMs aren't failing because of your script. They're failing because you don't have what every agency owner crushing it with cold DM has: An offer. “But we’ve scaled to xyz figures without one” “But we don’t want to make promises” “But we have 100 case studies” Strangers don’t really care. The one thing that keeps ringing in their head is “what does this person have for me?” You need to be able to answer in a simple sentence. Our clients getting the best results by far have a clear offer with a guarantee. The ones we struggled with refused to have one. I’ve found that the problem stems from fear of not getting results. But that falls under 2 things: 1. The offer 2. The prospect You offer should always be something you can achieve/have achieved consistently across clients. If your average client gets 4 roofing contracts in 60 days then promise that. And for the prospects… Just make sure you have a checklist. If they don’t pass your checklist of a good client/the type of people you've helped get similar results that you have in your offer then they are likely not good fits. This way you get interested leads that are qualified and will be potential case studies. The funny thing is.. When a good prospect hops on the sales call, they don't even ask about the guarantee. They don't bring up the risk reversal. Create one or you’ll get 100s of ghosted dms and “NO”

One of the easiest ways to 1-3 local services business per month on LinkedIn: - Send 800 connection requests/month - 300+ accept - DM all 300+ - 70+ responses - 18+ positive replies - Book 10+ meetings Close 1-3
