Team1 2025 Wrapped 🔺 2025 was a big year with one of our main mandates being to help build out Avalanche's presence in new regions and universities. Now that we have a foundation built, some of our main focuses for 2026 will be: 👉 Scale into more countries and build our presence there. Eg: US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Korea and others. 👉 Build a more formalized chapter structure for Team1. Roll out official official country chapters (Team1 Korea). 👉 Find a community lead for each chapter. Empower them to run it and build a team around them 👉 Create some other paid opportunities, grants and bounties for impactful community members 👉 Launch more builder focused initiatives (hackathons, pitch days, builder co-work sessions etc.) 👉 More core community support for those who show up or ship consistently. 👉 Tell the Team1 story more Gonna be a big year.
