Here’s the exact YouTube Organic method that added 5k subs & $100,000+ collected in 90 days for our info offer This offer was at ~2k subs and doing $7k/mo before btw Step 1: Know your ICP better than they know themselves. You need to know their pains, desires, and what they’re actively looking to watch. Hint hint take sales calls & 1:1 coaching calls, this is how you can really understand what they are struggling with Step 2: Find outlier videos. This is where most of my traffic & revenue comes from. Go onto YouTube Use the YouTube extension (vidIQ or anything similar). Sort videos by performance and look for “outliers.” These are videos that did 10x+ more views than the creator’s normal uploads. Example: If a channel normally hits 5–10k views, but one video randomly did 150k… That’s an outlier. You study those videos for: • The idea • The title structure • The thumbnail You don't copy the video step-by-step but you immulate what worked P.S. this doesn't only have to be in your niche, as long as you can relate it to your own Ex: How i gain 15 pounds in 2 months -> how i hit $10k/mo in 2 months Step 3: Use the packaging Either Repackage a winning idea you have for your niche or rip the exact idea for your niche. Take the underlying concept and translate it to your audience’s worldview and pains. If an outlier in fitness is “Why You’re Not Losing Weight,” for agency owners it could be “Why You’re Not Getting Clients.” Same thing with the thumbnail, you can relate it Step 4: Make a really good video. This doesn't mean you need all these fancy edits It needs to be valuable, and have a high AVD Ideally people watch a lot of the video, therefore showing YouTube that it's a good video Step 5: Repeat. Outlier → Repackage → Upload → Collect. This is genuinely how I added 5k subs and generated over six figures cc for our offer… just from YouTube.
