@sprint I’ve had terrible customer service! The sales rep told me I could switch from Verizon and they’d pay off my version account. The rep adivsed me wrong. now I’m in collections with Verizon. I’ve been to the Sprint store 2x, a minimum of 2 hrs each, and the problem continues
