This piece serves to honour and celebrate those that are owning who they are and deserve the title of “brave person” the same way the West African community of Akan did with their warrior Kwatakye.

Only the brave 💪🏾 The symbol represents bravery and fearlessness. It is also given as an earned title to any brave son of an Akan community. Being unapologetic, having a sense of self, and owning who you are as an individual requires an enormous amount of courage and bravery.
