आज बिहार की पवित्र धरती मस्तीचक आकर मन गर्व, भावनाओं और आत्मीयता से भर गया। गायत्री शक्तिपीठ पहुँचकर एक अलग ऊर्जा और आध्यात्मिक प्रेरणा का अनुभव हुआ। किसी व्यक्ति की आँखों की रोशनी लौटाना केवल इलाज नहीं होता… यह उसके जीवन में फिर से उम्मीद, आत्मविश्वास और सम्मान लौटाने का पुण्य काम है। गायत्री परिवार, अखंड ज्योति और आदरणीय मृत्युंजय जी जिस सेवा-भाव से समाज को नई दिशा दे रहे हैं, उसने मुझे भीतर तक प्रभावित किया है। उनके इस असाधारण कार्य के लिए उन्हें हृदय से साधुवाद एवं शुभकामनाएँ। हमारे लिए “सेवा ही साधना है” कोई नारा नहीं, बल्कि करुणा को कर्म में बदलने की प्रेरणा है। अखंड ज्योति फाउंडेशन भी इसी विचार को समाज सेवा के माध्यम से जीवंत कर रहा है। इसी भावना के साथ अदाणी फाउंडेशन और अखंड ज्योति अस्पताल के साथ मिलकर “ACE - Adani Centre for Eye Diseases” की शुरुआत करने जा रहे हैं, जो जरूरतमंद लोगों तक सुलभ और किफायती नेत्र चिकित्सा पहुँचाने का एक बड़ा प्रयास होगा। साथ ही “ATOM - Adani Training Centre for Ophthalmic Medicine” के माध्यम से नई पीढ़ी के नेत्र विशेषज्ञों और महिला स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों को तैयार किया जाएगा। हमने बिहार की इस पावन धरती से प्रारंभ हुई सेवा की इस ज्योति को आने वाले वर्षों में देश के हर जरूरतमंद तक पहुँचाने का प्रण लिया है। इसी भावना के साथ “अदाणी अखंड ज्योति ट्रस्ट” पूर्ण समर्पण, संवेदनशीलता और प्रतिबद्धता के साथ निरंतर कार्य करता रहेगा। सेवा और मानवता के इन पावन कार्यों हेतु हमने आने वाले वर्षों में 700 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक के सहयोग का संकल्प लिया है। बिहार हमेशा से राष्ट्र को नई चेतना देने वाली धरती रही है। यह पुनीत मुहिम उसी सेवा भावना, संस्कार और समर्पण के माध्यम से देश को नई रोशनी देने का प्रयास है। बिहार की जनता के स्नेह और आशीर्वाद के लिए हृदय से आभार। #SevaHiSaadhnaHai @TripathiiPankaj @maithilithakur @RajivPratapRudy @msdhoni @ishankishan51 @BajpayeeManoj @ppandya2011 @DrChinmayP @AdaniFoundation @AdaniPriti

From air-conditioned housing for 50,000 colleagues in Gujarat’s Mundra and Khavda to a cloud kitchen serving one lakh nutritious meals daily in Mundra, progress begins with people.

On International Labour Day, Gautam Adani outlined the organisation’s Panchtatva, or five elements that define a strong and future-ready organisation. These elements are prioritising hyperlocal hiring, continuous skilling, clear career growth, fair wages and dignity at work.

On International Labour Day, Chairman Gautam Adani reiterated his belief that the Adani Group’s journey is powered by its people. The group has nearly 4,00,000 employees, partners and contractors who work across 700+ sites in 24 states. The Chairman outlined the Group’s focus on simplifying the organisational structure to enable faster decision making, strengthening partnerships and continuous learning and development for people to grow and thrive.
