Day 10 of calling on the Benue Police Command.
I woke up earlier than normal today and that name crossed my mind. I couldn’t help but say a little prayer for her and plenty of curses for those who took her away from her family, where she was loved, cared for, and pampered.
She was forced to become an adult at an early stage and was physically and sexually abused by the Ogbujas. The ones who were supposed to be her safe space turned her life into a nightmare and killed her in the process.
She was sexually abused by Andrew and Victor Ogbuja, both vaginally and anally.
Felicia Ogbuja watched her scream in agony every night and protected her own daughters. She hid 11 test results that could have saved the little girl’s life because she was trying to protect her monster husband and son.
Winifred Ogbuja listened to her cries, muffling, and screaming in pain from the sexual abuse meted out to Ochanya.
Agbenu Ogbuja listened to the cries, screaming, and the surrendering low muffled sounds.
Esther Ogbuja listened to little Ochanya scream and call for help.
Ihotu Ogbuja was a little child, probably half the age of Ochanya or less, but she at some point heard the loud cries and screams.
Is the Benue State Police trying to let this case die down again?
Why are they not responding, releasing an official statement, and putting up wanted posters for these criminals?
Let’s not stop asking for justice 🙏🙏
