Madolyn "Maddy" Mitchell was only 16 months old. It was her FIRST day at daycare. Instead of being kept safe, she was reportedly placed face down, covered with a blanket, and left for 3 hours while her caregiver scrolled her phone. Her family filed a wrongful death lawsuit. Baby Maddy deserved better. Every child does. No family should ever have to go through this. 🙏🏿
