It's no secret that girls and women can internalise a lot of scrutiny about their body and self-image, so it is important to remind you of the value of health and wellbeing💙 Our Football Players Menu prioritises an understanding of our health, which will then fuel our growth.

Our girls' and women's teams are getting into their new season of fixtures and friendlies, and as ever, they are putting in their hard work on and off the pitch. As football players we are also athletes, and we need to make sure that we are fuelling our body accordingly.

A personal message from Katie Wilkinson, our Director of football💙 Rangers went up against Montrose at the weekend, and saw the team achieve a staggering 6-1 victory!!🎉 Our very own Katie achieved a hat-trick, with one of them being a free-kick in the penalty box.

⚽️ Hawkins Sports 2 - 4 AFC Fradley ⚽️ The Bombers started well with Radu and Tom putting us 2-0 up. Hawkins went down to 10 men, but battled well and scored two quick goals. The team responded with Tom scoring his second and Brad scoring from a corner. 4-2 to Fradley.
