@Afrihost It's been down for 15 hours ....it was reported resolved at 10 AM only to find that it was not .....this is poor management, how does a company fail to resolve an issue with their primary service for over 15 hours @afrihost

@Afrihost The issue is still not resolved in the westrand, Krugersdorp specifically. I have spoken to the WhatsApp team and they provide the same generic answers as I see in this thread. Restarting the router and ONT does not help. Please get the issue fixed ASAP.
