Here is a challenge to all #ISP providers. Fibre service is crap lately in our area of 031 @Afrihost says not a problem streaming is unwatchable at night. Whi can provide a better connection that one can use without issues. Let's see?

@Afrihost Disappointed with Afrihost' s service. I changed ISP. Should have been effective 1 April. Instead I was billed from 31 March when I wasn't even connected. Router arrived late. I sent several emails to your account's department for a refund. To date, not a single Acknowledgement.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention Corné. I'm truly sorry for the delay and trouble caused with this speed issue. Yes the ticket was closed however the Openserve technicians stated the issue is expedited with the test centre and core engineering to assist further. ^Sandile

@Afrihost I signed up for a ISP migration, Vox to you guys, Metrofibre as upstream. I was told on whatsapp that there will be a 72h break in connectivity. Wife and I work from home, we cannot have a break in connectivity. Please help me out, otherwise we cannot migrate to you.
