Great to join #APPEC in Singapore to engage with oil market participants on how the price cap on Russian oil is limiting Kremlin profits while maintaining supply.

The oil price cap has two goals: reducing Russian revenue and keeping oil markets well supplied. We see evidence of its continued progress as Russian oil revenue has fallen by half without a supply disruption.
