3/ We've seen this exact pattern before. In the early 1990s, less than 15% of equity trading was electronic. By 2009, virtually all of it was. The technology existed well before the shift. Regulation and capital commitment made it irreversible.

4/ Digital assets may be approaching a similar inflection point. With regulation becoming more clear, capital is flowing in.

1/ Big regulatory update earlier this month: the SEC staff issued guidance that makes it easier for broker-dealers to treat certain stablecoins more like cash on their balance sheets. 3/ When stablecoins are easier to hold and move, it can unlock more activity across on-chain markets. For ecosystems with high-quality stablecoins, like RLUSD, issued directly on ledger, that could mean more settlement, liquidity, and tokenized asset activity over time.

4/ Regulatory clarity is a key factor in bringing real capital on-chain, moving digital assets from speculation toward infrastructure. With this new guidance, the bridge between traditional finance and decentralized finance is getting stronger.
