@Airpaz I bought a refundable ticket and canceled in 3 hours. On May 18, Airpaz emailed promising a refund within 2 months. Now they break their word, demanding 3 more months. Official dispute filed via KakaoPay.

@Airpaz The flight from Bali to Adl got cancelled and I requested for a refund and they have sent me a voucher instead. I am not even able to get in touch with them, it only redirects me to their extremely unhelpful AI assistant Bo. I need my refund to my original payment now!!

@Airpaz I booked our flight through the Airpaz app and have requested a refund several times due to unforeseen circumstances, but it keeps getting declined. I followed all the requirements and even had the medical certificate revised based on what they asked for—still declined.
