@patti123986 @oksanka_luky I guess a dead body can still develop frostbite. My mom is a nurse and she said blood vessels and tissue can still be damaged after death if a body is left in the snow. It’s a physical process so even if there’s no blood flow, the skin is still exposed.

Wait. A. Minute!!! John’s phone temperature doesn’t change from 1:36am to 6:06am? Stays at 50 degrees all night in the blizzard and then all of a sudden changes to 43 degrees at 6:06am?! Before that it tracks temperature every few minutes but somehow it doesn’t register any changes for almost 5 hours?! Evil liars… It’s pure evil what they are doing to Karen. That phone was either off or in a faraday bag between 1:36 am and 6:06 am. I hope the jury catches this!

I'm not even FKR I just don't think there is enough to convict. I see what FKR are saying that she is being framed. Could she be framed it's possible but I can believe she is not being framed and still think gee I don't think it's possible this guy was hit at 24mph in reverse.

Hank Brennan throws a curveball and calls Dr. Irini Scordi-Bello to the stand. Scordi-Bello did the autopsy of JOK. She listed his manner of death as undetermined. She will testify the injuries to JOK aren’t consistent with being struck by Karen Read’s SUV.

Cannone lets YB testify that after viewing the injuries to JO his impression now was that JO was hit by a car not a cocktail glass because of the force needed to cause the injuries including to his head. Thank you Dr. Yuri. That’s just a horrible decision. Over an objection. You just can’t do that as a judge. It’s not like it was a surprise, we all knew where it was going and she’s already refused to allow multiple other witnesses to testify to very similar “impressions” even if they are way more qualified. I didn’t have an issue with limiting who can comment on this point - but to allow this?

Also, as Mr. Read is on the state's witness list, the question now remains: when will Bill Read take the stand, did Bill Read know Karen's taillight was broken that morning, and did Bill know Karen deleted/edited Ring videos on John's system (while using her laptop from Bill's home in Dighton) during the afternoon of 1/29/22? The custodian of records for Ring is on the state's witness list, unlike the first trial, and he is expected to testify next week. The world watches with baited breath, and today's testimony continues! Also Alan Jackson just started yelling about a dictionary and got shut down by Judge Cannone during a cross. It was quite a moment and this witness continues to get the best of Alan as to the pieces of Karen's broken taillight found at the exact location where John O'Keefe was allegedly struck by Read, while Karen was drunk driving, and then left to die, by Karen, in a blizzard from a head injury.
