GLP1s are the chatGPT of weight loss with hollow results that cause more problems. When you outsource critical thinking to chatGPT you are dumbing yourself. When you outsource discipline to a GLP1 you end up with more of a mess with your metabolism and relationship with food.

The "all foods fit" model doesn't work unless it’s applied to whole real foods and chances are even so, your metabolic health is damaged from stress, toxins, past intake of processed foods, nutrient deficiency, that you need to reset your metabolism to better tolerate indulgences

Woke up a little “off” kinda low. Sat outside with my tea and stayed off my phone. Out in sunlight while writing my grocery list, painted with my daughter, before I knew it like a switch, the doom was lifted and replaced with joy. Sunlight + connection all can be free antidote.

Note they aren’t talking about droplets from asymptomatic people. Aka healthy non-symptoms no reason to mask.
