@Bchristensen415 @lit_lynx I also thougt that was werid because the people want to speak for themselves. Other people don’t want them to speak for them. All the people wanted was justice for the accused women.

@lit_lynx It really surprised me how Proctor didn't completely shut Abigail down after she exposed their "love" at his wife's deathbed. Totally inappropriate given their circumstances, plus she's a child! #puritans #missstealyourman

@GavenFarrell @lit_lynx I agree with you because she keeps “checking” on Betty as if she would really care about her.

@KarleeKoester @lit_lynx I also agree because she was the one that made the situation worse for Betty to come back. Abigail then started to open up after Tituba got blamed for bettys unconsciousness.

@lit_lynx I know that they said they would help save Abigail if she told who the other worshippers were...But 18 people are burned and it's only fair if she's one of them. (Especially for making everything up).

@KarleeKoester @lit_lynx I agree with you because at first he didn’t know what to do but then turned his way to the faith that he had in god. Hale then helped Abigail,Betty,and Tituba get out of the devils spell.

@lit_lynx Reverend Hale is an interesting character, he specializes in witchcraft. He's going to try and use his 'rare' knowledge even if it isn't applicable. It's a skill not often needed and the book even says this is the first time he's been called for. #Unqualified #fireHim #fakenews

@Eriirodriguez9 @lit_lynx I also find it weird because who would do that to their close friend. Instead of telling Parris the truth and trying to bring her back,Abigail made the situation worse.

@KarleeKoester @Caitlin18631401 @lit_lynx I agree because Hale got them all to tell the truth and to open to God and have god’s spirit to come to Tituba,Betty, and Abigail. They then opened up who were the actual people that praised the devil.

@Caitlin18631401 @lit_lynx The dancing was frowned upon, but I think them chanting and drinking animal blood was what put the town over the edge.
