@ViolinMonster Saw Landlord at Pita Kabob (his regular haunt) years later and got botched out for taking an asset he has been counting on. This was the guy who incapacitated our communal bathroom when trying to bring it up to code in a hurry.

landlord has problem with right to renew. says renters have all the power with the city, is upset landlords don't have their own commission. says majority of renters are harmed by the elo. person is a landlord because he was a guy who bought a dumpy house in 1976. #a2council
