Last week in São Paulo, Amazon Conecta — our annual seller conference in Brazil — wrapped its largest and most intentional edition yet. Nearly 1,900 entrepreneurs from 14 states came together to learn, connect, and build their next chapter with Amazon. • More than 70% of attendees have been selling with us for less than a year — a strong sign of Brazil’s next generation of digital entrepreneurs. • 100K+ sellers are growing with Amazon in Brazil • 78% of seller sales happening outside their home states. From AI-powered tools and programs like Vem de Amazon to FBA-driven growth and faster deliveries, we’re continuing to invest in helping businesses of all sizes scale across Brazil and beyond. #AmazonBrasil #Conecta #Amazon #entrepreneurs

This week, we're celebrating SMB Week 2026 in Mexico, featuring products from participating small and medium-sized businesses with up to 25% off—giving customers across the country an opportunity to discover local brands and support the entrepreneurs behind them. The numbers tell the story: 27,000+ Mexican selling partners on Amazon.com.mx, 99% of them SMBs, contributing $19.4 billion MXN to Mexico's GDP and supporting over 52,000 jobs across the country. Every purchase during SMB Week is a direct way to support these entrepreneurs. Proud of what our teams in Mexico are building to help small businesses grow. #AmazonMexico #SMBWeek2026 #SmallBusiness #SellingPartners

Recently, I spent time with our teams and selling partners across Mexico and Brazil. These visits are always energizing – a chance to listen, learn, and see firsthand how teams are building for customers every day with startup-like energy and missionary ownership to solve hard problems. One theme that came up repeatedly was the role failure plays in invention—to invent at scale, you need to be willing to fail at scale too. It was exciting to see how teams are using AI to help selling partners expand selection, access competitive pricing and promotions, and simplify operations while continuing to raise the bar on speed and convenience. We also spent time with selling partners through dedicated panels and conversations. Hearing directly from entrepreneurs remains one of the most valuable inputs into how we continue improving. It’s still early, but the momentum is real. Proud of what the teams across #AmazonMexico #AmazonBrazil are building.

It’s not often you get to see science, collaboration, and persistence come together to rewrite the future of a species. And when Amazon’s Right Now Climate Fund can support even a small part of that effort, it’s incredibly rewarding. Recently, 100 eastern barred bandicoots were released onto Phillip Island in Australia—the largest single translocation in this species’ recovery so far. It’s a milestone built on decades of persistence. In 1991, the species was declared extinct in the wild on mainland Australia. The remaining 60 animals, protected in sanctuaries, faced a serious genetic bottleneck. What followed is a powerful example of science-led conservation. A collaborative effort led by the Odonata Foundation, Cesar Australia, and the Eastern Barred Bandicoot Recovery Team has resulted in a world-first genetic rescue program to revive the population—cross-breeding mainland survivors with Tasmanian bandicoots separated for over 10,000 years. Today, that effort has resulted in a thriving population of over 2,000 animals. Releases across multiple sites, starting with Phillip Island Nature Parks, are now helping build resilience against climate risks and natural disasters. What’s amazing is that these small animals are also ecosystem engineers—improving soil health, water retention, and overall landscape resilience. Credit to the teams behind this effort. The methods proven here don’t just help one species, they offer a pathway for conservation efforts globally. Across Europe, small businesses are increasingly reaching customers across the region and globally. In 2025, EU small businesses selling in Amazon’s store reached a record €40 billion in sales, with cross-border exports growing to €17 billion, including €13.5 billion within the EU. Behind these numbers are businesses like Ciocca, a fourth-generation Italian sock manufacturer now selling in 32 countries; FETÉN, a Spanish grooming brand generating nearly half its revenue from international sales; and CALCUSO, a German school supply company scaling across Europe using our fulfillment network. These stories highlight what’s possible when small businesses have access to a broad customer base, strong infrastructure, and fast delivery. We continue to invest in AI-powered tools and advocate for simpler regulations to help European SMEs grow across borders. For years, we’ve helped selling partners grow on Amazon. Now we’re taking that further. Introducing Amazon Supply Chain Services (ASCS)—opening our logistics network to businesses of all sizes, wherever they sell. From cross-border shipping to storage to final delivery, all in one place. This model works—80B+ units shipped via Fulfillment by Amazon since 2006. Sellers using end-to-end solutions see ~20% higher sales. Now extending these capabilities beyond Amazon—so any business can scale faster, with more flexibility and control. If you’re looking to simplify your supply chain and grow your business, I encourage you to take a look: aboutamazon.com/news/retail/am…

Ahead of #NationalSmallBusinessWeek, proud to share Amazon's 2025 Small Business Empowerment Report. What U.S. independent sellers achieved this year is remarkable: 75,000+ sellers crossed $1M in sales — up 36% YoY. Average seller revenue topped $375K, nearly 30% higher. And 11,000+ sellers grew their sales by 10x. AI is playing a real role in this. Our Seller Assistant — our agentic, AI-powered expert — reached 230K monthly users, with sellers accepting its recommendations 90%+ of the time. And beyond the revenue numbers — independent sellers supported 2M+ U.S. jobs in 2025, strengthening local economies and communities nationwide. When entrepreneurs succeed, everyone benefits. We'll keep building the tools and infrastructure to make that happen. Read the full report: lnkd.in/gD7zEc9M #Amazon #AmazonSellers #SmallBusiness #SellingPartners

Andy Jassy in his recent shareholder letter noted that progress is rarely a straight line—durable companies manage inflection points well, and when you see a disproportionate one, you bet big. That’s exactly where we are with Amazon Now in India, delivering ~10K items in minutes. We’re excited by the rapid adoption of Amazon Now and recently announced plans to expand it to 100 cities, supported by 1000+ micro-FCs. Congratulations to Team India on winning back-to-back T20 World Cup trophies and doing so at home! 🇮🇳🏆 It was an outstanding campaign, and scoring back-to-back 250+ totals sets a new bar for where the T20 game is moving. New Zealand were exceptional as well — a team that consistently produces remarkable results. Jeff Bezos famously stated that the most radical and transformative of inventions are often those that empower others to unleash their creativity – to pursue their dreams. And to be able to do so for 27+ years is just lucky! It is absolutely the shared ambition of my colleagues across Amazon that made this possible – together, obsessing with customers, inventing on their behalf, and thinking long-term. Deeply grateful for the journey, the people who have supported and challenged me, and the countless lessons learned along the way. Marking my 27th Amaversary and feeling just as curious and excited about what’s next. It’s still Day 1!

At Amazon, the “door desk” is one of our oldest symbols of Frugality — a reminder to stay resourceful, inventive, and focused on customers, no matter how much we grow. I was excited to see my 27-year-old door desk make its way to BLR37 and find a place in our new Bengaluru office. From our early days in a small space at DivyaSree Chambers to the campus we see today, that mindset has remained unchanged. The desk is a simple but powerful reminder: growth isn’t about appearances. It’s about building with purpose and staying close to customers. Even in a brand-new space, it's still #Day1.

Grateful to our India team for hosting us so warmly. Seeing so many global leaders together on one stage—against the backdrop of India’s incredible cultural diversity—was a powerful reminder of what makes this place so special. The colour, the energy, and the people made it unforgettable. Super excited about what lies ahead. We are just getting started as we continue building Amazon into the most loved service for customers and sellers in India and across the world.

I’m excited to take on the opportunity to lead Amazon’s Selling Partner Services, in addition to continuing to oversee our International Emerging Stores. What the Selling Partner Services team has accomplished is truly impressive—enabling our selling partners to deliver a delightful and trustworthy customer experience, and building a thriving global community of millions of sellers. I’m energized by what lies ahead, and believe the combination of the two organizations creates a unique opportunity for deeper collaboration in service of our selling partners and customers around the world. aboutamazon.com/news/company-n…

I recently visited the Global Resource Center in Gurugram, a partnership between Amazon and Sarthak Educational Trust, and came away with a deeper appreciation of what inclusion truly means in practice. The center takes on real employment challenges faced by persons with disabilities, supporting over 15,000 youth each year through hands-on skilling, workplace readiness, and job placements, creating genuine pathways to economic participation. Spending time in spaces like “Vision in the Dark,” and engaging directly with trainees, listening to their journeys, understanding how the facility prepares them for work, and even learning a few basic sign languages from students, offered a different perspective. What stayed with me most were the conversations with the trainees, and seeing firsthand how this ecosystem builds capability, opens doors to meaningful careers, and brings our commitment to inclusion to life. #TogetherAtAmazon #InThisTogether

I recently spent time with the team at DEL5 in Haryana, one of our largest fulfillment centers in India. It was inspiring to see Kaizen in action - teams constantly identifying small, practical improvements that add up to meaningful gains in speed, safety, and customer experience. Just as importantly, associates share their feedback through ‘Voice of Associates’ that turn into real changes, building trust and strengthening our operations. That ownership and openness are central to how we deliver on our promise to customers. Proud of our Operations teams and grateful for the dedication, inventiveness, and Customer Obsession they bring every day. We’ll continue investing in our people and the mechanisms that help them do their best work. #AmazonIndia #AmazonIndiaOperations

Excited to be at one of our Amazon Now micro-fulfilment centers in Haryana, India, where everything from daily essentials to groceries get picked, packed and delivered to a customer’s doorstep within 10 minutes. The team walked me through the many innovations on the floor to meet this promise. They’ve been super impressive, fast and thoughtful. I even placed an order by dropping a pin code to test and there it was - in my hand in just 4 minutes. It was great to see how the team stays focused on safety and associate welfare while delivering ultrafast. The well-designed rest areas and refreshments we provide them were also great to experience first-hand. We're moving fast and delivering for customers in ways we’ve never experienced before while taking care of each other every step of the way. #Innovation #MachineLearning #Operations #WorkplaceSafety #CustomerObsession #Innovation #AmazonIndia #UltrafastDelivery #AmazonNow
