If you look at your replies for posts about El-Sayed, you’ll notice most of the replies are from fake accounts, that are only replying to positive posts about Haley Stevens or negative ones about him. It’s an underhanded way of making it appear he has backing, when these are the basic troll farm tactics, circa Russia 2016.
