How’s everyone doing? I’ve had enough time to take it all in and process how incredible the first leg of the tour was and I just wanted to say another thank you for always showing up and always giving your all! Really excited for the US and Canada. Few surprises incoming!

Und jeder in der Schlange hinter dir sowie der Kassierer sieht auf dem Bildschirm was tippst. Dieses System kommt aus den USA und breitet sich hier gerade überall aus. Restaurants, Cafés, Bäckereien. Wichtig zu wissen: In den USA verdient ein Kellner als Grundgehalt 2,13 Dollar die Stunde. Ohne Trinkgeld kann der seine Miete nicht zahlen. In Deutschland jedoch bekommt jeder Kellner mindestens 13,90 Euro die Stunde, egal ob du Trinkgeld gibst oder nicht. Wir übernehmen gerade ein System das für ein Problem erfunden wurde das wir gar nicht haben.

Yo no entiendo a la gente, como pueden ser algunas personas tan ratas, si vas mal de dinero pues no vayas al bar y ya está. Me vienen una señora y al parecer su hija, y me dicen que quieren un menú, este es el de mañana como ejemplo, y que lo van a compartir, y le digo, el menú es para una persona, si son dos toman medio menú con un plato, más bebida pan y postre por 10 euros, o sea, 20 las dos. Eso no lo quería, ella quería un menú y cada una se tomaba 1 plato y pagaban 13 euros. Le digo NO, o toman medio menú cada una o nada, me dice que no lo entiende, que ellas lo comparten y ya está, y le digo comparten el mantel, el cubierto el vaso, el pan y el postre, lo comparten todo y por 6.5 comen las dos, pues no, aquí las normas las pongo yo, o toman un menú completo cada una o medio, pero no se comparte, hablan entre ellas y se van, me he alegrado, no era gente necesitada, era gente con mucha cara y no quiero gente así. Es mi local y yo pongo las normas, además que no soy un hostelero con precios abusivos, el menú 13 €, un cortado 1.5 €, un bocadillo con bebida y café y sus olivas y cacaos 7 €, prefiero ganar menos y vivir con la conciencia tranquila, pero de ahí a que se aprovechen de mi...
