@AndyKnny Salvation Army didn't seem to have the right mission and mid level managers to overwhelmingly succeed in the large homeless locations. Their brand has such a great image, but in this regard, that image was overshadowing and sometimes covering up the gap in what they could have been doing IMHO. We are still light years beyond where we were when the Mayor took on this very important mission.

New: Denver's minimum wage will rise from $18.81 to $19.29 on Jan. 1. It's pegged to inflation. An increase of 2.6%, it's lower than the past couple years.
The tipped minimum wage will also rise from $15.79 to $16.27 per hour, which is similarly set by a formula.
