@Marco_Cardinale Totally agree. It does raise an interesting question now Bolt has gone. When considering the top 4 Olympic times when Bolt was dominating, was it the mindset to “specialise” in the 100 that raised the bar to compete against a freak of nature? Specialisation or determination?

Yesterday’s results make you wonder if 100m specialists are overcoached and things are overcomplicated at times. We have also shown that early specialisation in the 100m is not necessary.
