The Aphelion Wallet DEX has been updated to version 4.1.0. This update integrates the ERC20 token standard across all wallet functions (DEX integration is yet to come). The Aphelion Wallet now successfully supports BTC, ERC20 and NEO based assets.

It is with great disapointment we must report our groundbreaking DEX and project is taking steps to close down. After nearly 2 years and successful applications across all channels and 10s of thousands of lines of open source code that the market has finally taken its toll.

Hello Aphelions, A new wallet release is coming very soon for BTC integration. we are just going through some final code reviews this week with our lead devs now. We will update here as the release comes out. ERC not far behind.

@xxt4x7 In 2017 most icos were securities according to SEC precedent at that time (partly why our ICO was not open to US) and that may hold true today, but we are not most cases and this is not 2017...our working product is clearly not a security across all Howey prongs.

Aphelion has updated its legal opinion with a new US-based law firm specializing US securities laws. The updated opinion has concluded that APH passes the Howey Test and is not a security under US law.
