@Arattai Uploaded a .mp4 video to one of the group chat & one direct chat, here is the issue what i encountered.
i) In GC video thumbnail was not available.
ii) In DC video thumbnail was available.

Hi Niket, thanks for the suggestions. We are already have E2EE available for audio and video calls, and direct chats. Group E2EE will be introduced soon. We will consider introducing cloud-based chat although as of now we wish for our users to be able to have control over their chats and data. 💛

@Arattai Please increase the Broadcast Group member limit from 100 to 251, similar to WhatsApp.
The current 100-member limit creates difficulty while broadcasting messages to customers.If the limit is increased to 251 members, broadcasting will become much easier for all users.

Incident Update: We experienced a brief disruption affecting 1-1 calling on Arattai for about 55 minutes today (11:30 AM - 12:25 PM Indian Standard Time)
The issue was caused by a recent update and has now been resolved. Our team is actively reviewing the incident and closely monitoring the platform.

1/ A few months ago, shortly after the initial release of @Arattai, I had shared feedback regarding the app’s accessibility issues. Unfortunately, nothing has been addressed so far. Many UI elements are still unlabeled, and message-related elements are not grouped consistently.

Is there any plan to have separate delivery and read reports like in Whatsapp & Signal? I think that helps a lot for a country like us where netwrk reception is not always good.

Accessibility is important to us, and we want to ensure Arattai becomes more accessible with improved accessibility features in future updates. Right now, a major focus for the team is bringing group end-to-end encryption to the app alongside other core improvements, but we’ve noted your feedback and this is definitely an area we plan to improve. 💛
3/ These are only some of the accessibility issues I noticed during limited usage of the app. There may be additional problems that I haven’t explored yet.

@X_Tractor99 Hi! This isn't really an issue. This screen appears when logging into Arattai on a companion device, in this case, you'll just need to open the Arattai app on your primary device to facilitate the transfer of chats. Hope this helps.
@Nirmalsankriya We'll consider updating the UI for the stories section and uploading stories in HD. In regards to issues with uploading stories, we'll drop you a DM to further proceed.
